## IMPORTANT NOTES 1. **Images for Reference Only** Images of attractions, hotels, meals, transportation and other items shown in promotional materials are for reference only. Actual arrangements and scenery are subject to local conditions. 2. **Itinerary Arrangements** The Company reserves the right to reasonably adjust the sequence of the itinerary according to local conditions. Where the main components of the tour are maintained, the sequence of attractions, meals and accommodation arrangements may be adjusted as necessary. 3. **Flight Arrangements** All flight times and schedules are for reference only. Final arrangements are subject to the airline’s official schedule and issued ticket information. In the event of flight changes, delays or cancellations, the itinerary may be adjusted accordingly. 4. **Hotel Arrangements** If a listed hotel is unavailable due to full occupancy, maintenance or other circumstances, an alternative hotel of the same or a comparable standard may be arranged. Hotel ratings and standards may vary between countries and regions. 5. **Meal Arrangements** Reference meal budget for regular meals: **China RMB60 / person / meal; Korea and Vietnam USD10 / person / meal.** Meals, restaurants and menus listed in the itinerary may be adjusted according to local availability, seasonality or actual circumstances. Where a specific tour product states a different meal standard, the standard stated for that product shall apply. 6. **Weather & Natural Scenery** Natural scenery and seasonal experiences, including flowers, autumn foliage, snow scenery, sea of clouds, morning mist and sunrise, are subject to weather, seasonal and natural conditions. Actual viewing conditions cannot be guaranteed to correspond exactly with promotional images. 7. **Attractions & Local Arrangements** If an attraction is temporarily closed or affected by maintenance, traffic restrictions, local policies or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, the Company may adjust the itinerary or arrange a suitable alternative according to the circumstances. 8. **Optional Activities & Personal Expenses** Optional activities outside the stated itinerary and personal expenses shall be borne by the passenger. Participation in optional activities is voluntary. 9. **Passenger Conduct** Passengers must observe meeting times and comply with reasonable tour and safety arrangements, and must treat fellow passengers, tour leaders, tour guides, drivers and relevant service personnel with respect. **Where a passenger seriously disrupts the tour, engages in threats, harassment, violence, unlawful conduct, or otherwise seriously affects the safety or normal operation of the group, the Company may take appropriate action in accordance with the Tour Booking Terms & Conditions, including, in serious cases, terminating the passenger’s participation in part or all of the remaining tour.** 10. **Force Majeure** Where the itinerary is affected by severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, war, government measures, public health events, flight or transportation changes, or other Force Majeure circumstances, the Company may make reasonable adjustments according to the actual circumstances. 11. **Final Arrangements** The actual itinerary shall be subject to the final itinerary provided before departure and actual local arrangements. --- ## SPECIAL NOTES 1. **Payment Deadline** Unless otherwise specified, the outstanding balance of the tour fare must be paid at least **60 days before departure**, or by such other payment deadline as specified by the Company. 2. **Tour-Specific Conditions** Where the tour includes special arrangements, optional activities, special experiences, restrictions or other specific conditions, the information stated for the relevant tour product and confirmed at the time of booking shall apply. --- ## TOUR BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS For other terms relating to booking, payment, name changes, passenger replacement, cancellation, refunds, passenger conduct and other related matters, please refer to the **Small Hero Holidays Sdn. Bhd. Tour Booking Terms & Conditions**. By confirming a booking and making payment, the passenger acknowledges that he or she has read and agreed to the applicable Terms & Conditions for the booking. Where a particular tour product involves charter flights, series seats, group seats, promotional airfares or other special conditions, the Special Terms disclosed at the time of booking shall apply.
